Great Start Collaborative of Cass County Community Advocate Award for 2020 Winner
Congratulations to Danielle Persky, the Deputy Health Officer and Health Promotions Director at Van Buren Cass District Health Department, who has been awarded the Great Start Collaborative of Cass County Community Advocate Award for 2020 for her dedication and efforts working with the Cass County Great Start Collaborative.
Danielle has been a leader at the health department for three and a half years. She has been instrumental in improving the lives of Cass County residents in many ways. In addition to her health promotions/public relations responsibilities, Danielle has taken an active role in many other organizations. She has served leadership roles with United Way of Southwest Michigan, Van Buren Community Health Advisory Council, Southwest Michigan Childcare Resources, Southwest Michigan Perinatal Quality Improvement Collaborative and Cass County Great Start Collaborative.
