Join Our Team as a Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) Generalist to lead all aspects of HR operations for our organization. This critical role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture while managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including talent attraction, screening, and hiring strategies
  • Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and compensation plans
  • Ensure compliance by developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Administer benefits, leave management, and training programs
  • Maintain HRIS systems, prepare reports, and manage personnel records
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and workplace culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential matters with discretion
