Campground Licensing Requirements

Michigan Public Health Code (Part 125) regulates campground construction, modification, and operation.
License required for campgrounds with 5+ campsites or recreational units.
Licensing issued by Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE).

Temporary Campground License requires a triplicate form (not downloadable).
