Be specific: Include dates, locations, or details about the records. Add your phone or email.
Response time: You’ll get an answer in 5 business days (sometimes up to 10 extra).

Request Guidelines
- Tell us what records you need (dates, names, places).
- Include your name and contact info.
- Write clearly.
- We reply in about 5 business days. If more time is needed, we’ll let you know.
- Some details may be covered if the law says we cannot share them.
Request Fees
FOIA law allows us to charge fees to cover costs.
Copies: $0.10 per page (double-sided counts as one page).
Staff time: $4.50 per 15 minutes (minimum $4.50).
Electronic copies: Same cost as paper copies.
Other media (DVDs, flash drives, etc.): Actual cost of the device.
Payment may be required before records are sent.
