Schools and childcare facilities in Van Buren and Cass Counties help keep our communities healthy by reporting illnesses. Submitting a weekly communicable disease report helps us track and prevent the spread of illness.

If you notice a serious illness or unusual cluster, contact our Communicable Disease (CD) team right away. Make sure someone at your facility is responsible for gathering and submitting this information daily.
