Practice Type: General Dentistry

Location: Lawrence and Dowagiac, Southwest Michigan

Mission: Protect and promote community health

Work Environment: State-of-the-art facilities, supportive staff

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Friday (8 AM - 2 PM); No weekends or evenings

Compensation: Average salary $150,000 - $200,000 (based on production)

Benefits: Health insurance, liability insurance, 27 days PTO, life insurance

Eligibility: Licensed to practice in Michigan, MI Loan Repayment Program (up to $300,000)

Job Opportunity: Dental Hygienist

• Position: Full-time Dental Hygienist
• Location: Dowagiac
• Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of dental practice experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse clients
  • Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
  • Certified in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene services (prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride, sealants, root planning)
  • Conduct patient assessments and document findings
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene
  • Maintain safety and sterilization standards
