Celebrate Drinking Water Week: Learn About Your Water Quality!
May 5 – 11 marks Drinking Water Week, a time to raise awareness about the importance of clean drinking water. This year, we’re proud to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Safe Drinking Water Act!
Our office collaborates with various agencies and EGLE divisions to provide educational materials and resources for the public to understand their drinking water better. Visit Michigan.gov/DrinkingWaterWeek to explore information on where your water comes from, its quality, and who to contact with questions. You’ll also find details on water testing, as well as engaging activities and resources for kids and educators.
