Immunizations protect your child from serious diseases by providing essential vaccines needed from birth through adolescence.

Our Immunization Services

We follow ACIP guidelines to provide essential vaccines:

  • Routine Vaccinations: Timely immunizations for children from birth to 18 years.
  • Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program: Free vaccines for eligible children (Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, Alaskan and Native American, underinsured). A $23 administration fee may apply, up to $69, which can be waived if needed.
  • Immunization Waiver Education: Educational sessions available by appointment for families considering waivers.
  • COVID-19 Vaccines: Available for eligible children and adults.
  • Seasonal Flu Clinics: Flu vaccines provided to protect against the flu.

Lawrence: Every Thursday

Hours: 9a.m. - 11a.m. and 1p.m. - 4p.m.

Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program

Free Vaccines for Eligible Children: Federally funded program offering no-cost vaccines for qualifying children.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Medicaid-eligible
  • Uninsured
  • Native American and Alaskan Native
  • Underinsured
  • For children ages 18 years and younger

Administration Fee:

  • $23 per vaccine, maximum $69 out-of-pocket. Fees can be waived for those unable to pay.
 

Immunizations for Insured Children

We provide services for those with private insurance.

Insurance Billing: We bill directly to participating insurance companies.

Administration Fee:

  • $23 per injection, plus the cost of the vaccine.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for any uncovered amounts.
